The Advent School is a progressive, co-educational independent school for students in pre-Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. With outstanding academics, small class sizes, and an emphasis on social justice, Advent empowers kids to become skilled and confident changemakers. In addition to thematic curriculum at each grade level, students have classes in art, music, physical education, science, Spanish, and yoga embedded into their weekly routine. Located in the heart of Beacon Hill, Advent's campus is a launching point for field trips in and around the city. Students in pre-K through Second Grade are paired with an Upper School "buddy" for the school year, fostering a strong sense of community.
